AstroGard provides no independent or separate commercial warranty. Any warranty included with a product is offered, owned, and fulfilled by the original brand or supplier. The warranty descriptions displayed by AstroGard are written exclusively based on official warranty terms, coverage, limitations, and claim instructions supplied to us by our partner brands and product suppliers. We do not alter, extend, or guarantee coverage beyond what the supplier originally defines and approves.
AstroGard acts as a facilitator of warranty claims. Final warranty eligibility, required evidence, approval, and resolution outcome are determined solely by the supplier or product brand in accordance with U.S. federal and state warranty law.
What May Be Covered
Coverage depends on the original supplier warranty and may include defects in materials or workmanship only if the supplier originally defines those issues as eligible.
What Is Not Covered
Exclusions depend on the original supplier warranty and may include, but are not limited to, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, modifications, unauthorised repair, wear-and-tear, or missing proof of purchase - only when these exclusions are defined by the supplier in the warranty information provided to us.
Warranty Duration
Warranty length varies by product and is valid for a single fixed term originally defined by the supplier. Warranty periods do not renew unless the supplier explicitly offers renewal.

If the supplier warranty includes shipping support, return labels, inspection, repair, replacement, or refunds, we will follow their authorised process. If the supplier warranty does not include shipping coverage, the customer may be required to handle initial return shipping.

Do you cover return shipping?
Only if your supplier’s warranty originally includes shipping support. If not included, the customer handles initial return shipping.
Are warranties transferable?
Only if this was originally stated by the supplier or brand and provided to us.
What if info on your site differs from my product warranty?
Our displayed warranty copy never overrides original supplier warranty terms, However if there is a discrepancy please do call our staff and let us know.
What if my supplier updates warranty terms after I buy?
Your warranty follows the supplier terms valid at the time you purchased, not future updates unless the supplier allows it.
How long will claims take?
AstroGard opens requests within 1–3 business days, then processing time depends on supplier timelines.
