Return Conditions

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, except for defective or damaged items.

Shipping Costs:

  • For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.


How to Start a Return

  • If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.

  • Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Process

Shipping Returns:

  • All returns must be shipped via mail.

Return Label:

  • For defective or damaged items, we will email you a prepaid return label. Simply download and print the label to complete your return.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.

Damages & Issues

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Return shipping for these cases is covered by us.
